If you are an athlete or a sports enthusiast who wants to improve performance through yoga this course is for you. Introducing yoga to routine training has shown a significant positive effect on the performance. We create yoga sequences for climbers, cyclists, runners, skiers, snowboarders and endurance athletes.
Breathing
Asana is a great addition to any training, but we also know that the key to success in any sports is the breath. We will introduce you to pranayama and create a special sequence that will help you gain a better control over your breath.
Training plan
Norbert is an athlete with a vast training experience. He will analyze your performance (core strength, active flexibility, body tension etc) and draft a training plan that will help strengthen your weak areas.
Dietary plan
Based on your food preferences, targets and body type we will create a balanced menu. Please note that our dietary plans are NOT based on eating less or refusing some foods. Our meals focus on increasing healthy food intake and reducing/increasing the intake of certain nutrients (if your target is to shred/ bulk up). During the training you will be served an ayervedic breakfast, yet you are free to have a non-vegetarian meal for lunch/dinner.
