Welcome to Austria Life Center, a multi-skilled yoga center specializing in yoga, calisthenics, and holistic living. Our Life Center is located in Bad Hofgastein ( Gastein ),  a picturesque spa town in the Austrian Alps that is a home to numerous wellness resorts and mind-blowing skiing areas.

We have dedicated our lives to studying and teaching the path of yoga, so that one day we  could create a place where one can practice authentic yoga.  Cumulatively we have been practicing yoga for over 32 years and we have a lot to share with our students. In our classes, we welcome people of all ages and experiences. Austria Life Center is a place where practitioners can attain their spiritual and physical goals. Our aim is to make yoga available for everybody. The basis of our teaching is alignment and individual approach to each student. Our greatest strength is to make advanced practices novice-friendly and injury-free. With us, your practice will be safe and positively challenging.

In our Life Center, we offer Ashtanga and Yin yoga group classes, individual training programs and private sessions. Our bright and spacious studio is equipped with hot yoga infrared heaters, Manduka pro series mats, and various environment-friendly yoga props to facilitate your practice. In our changing rooms, you will find four showers to continue fresh after your practice.

We prefer keeping our classes small with a maximum capacity of 15 people, so make sure to BOOK your spot prior to the class.

We offer free car parking to all our students. Upon arrival, please take the staircase outside the house. Our studio is located on the third floor.
