If you did not find a group class that suits your needs or you prefer practicing alone contact us for an individual session. It can be a single class or a bunch of classes shaped into a training. All group programs are available for individual booking.

Individual sessions are also a great aid for those who have questions about their practice and want to deepen their understanding of yoga.

For example:
Asana alignment – maybe you have been working on some asana for a while, but there hasn’t been much progress and you wonder why? Or you want us to have a closer look at your alignment and fix issues holding you back from desired progress?

Yoga philosophy & anatomy – perhaps you have some questions related to yoga philosophy? Or the implementation of the 8 limbs in the modern world? Gaining understanding of the Chakras, Bandhas, Prana, etc?

A goal – or you have been practicing Primary series of ashtanga yoga and now want to move to the second series with a thorough understanding of each asana? Or maybe you are ready for Pranayama and want a sequence individually crafted for you?
